**Kaleo is the Greek word for “a calling.”** Our calling is to redefine the way law should be practiced. Instead of the traditional outside counsel, hourly billing arrangement, we practice law as an extension of your in house legal team. We bill our clients largely on a flat fee, monthly or per-project basis. Because we have jettisoned the notions of expensive overhead and extensive support personnel, we can provide comprehensive business and legal services in a cost-effective manner. And with diverse backgrounds ranging from in-house counsel at publicly traded companies to partners at AmLaw 200 law firms, our team is sophisticated, innovative, and perfectly suited to fulfill your business and legal needs.
