Kaleo Legal Adds Anne Jensen to its Technology Transactions Practice

Richmond, VA - Kaleo Legal welcomes Anne Jensen to the firm as a member of its Technology Transactions practice in the firm’s Richmond, Virginia office. She will focus on counseling technology providers and corporate legal departments on complex commercial and technology-related negotiations, including software and services agreements, SaaS and other technology solutions, and related data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI matters.
Prior to joining Kaleo Legal, Anne served as Commercial Counsel at Verizon, where she negotiated agreements for wireless, internet, professional services, and other telecom solutions. Anne also served as a privacy and information security subject matter expert for Verizon Business’s Global Enterprise Legal Team, including advising internal groups on GDPR and U.S. state privacy laws and serving as liaison to the Verizon Business CISO for security incident response affecting Verizon Business Global Enterprise customers.
Anne has comprehensive experience advising on HIPAA/HITECH issues, supporting data privacy program development for CCPA/CPRA compliance, and serving as lead counsel on employee and workplace privacy issues.

Anne received her J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law and her B.A. in English Language and Literature from the University of Virginia. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) and is based in Richmond, Virginia.
