At Kaleo Legal, Brittany will serve as both trial counsel and Virginia co-counsel in cases in federal and state court, in addition to arbitration and administrative proceedings. “Brittany’s multifaceted experience with Congress, a federal appellate court, a large national firm, and the Executive Branch in Virginia will bring an extraordinarily unique perspective to her cases. We look forward to her developing both her trial skills and her counseling expertise at Kaleo for clients of all sizes, while adding to our growing firm presence in Richmond,” said Billy Poynter, a principal at Kaleo Legal.
Brittany is a graduate of William & Mary Law School, where she was a member of the Law Review and Moot Court Team, and Thomas Edison State College. She clerked for Judge Kurt D.
