Kaleo Legal Adds Megan Italiano to its Corporate and Securities Practice

Virginia Beach, VA - Kaleo Legal welcomes Megan Italiano to the firm as a member of its Corporate and Securities practice, with a particular focus on healthcare transactions, regulatory compliance, physician practice management, and other corporate transactional matters.

Prior to joining Kaleo Legal, Megan practiced at a large national law firm advising healthcare clients, including physician practices, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, dental services organizations and other healthcare providers, on regulatory and transactional matters. Megan regularly represented private equity funds and healthcare clients in various healthcare-related purchase, sale, joint venture and financing transactions. Megan also previously worked at a midsize Richmond law firm advising corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and general corporate matters.

Prior to law school, Megan worked in various health care and biomedical sciences roles. Megan received her Juris Doctor degree from the William & Mary Law School, where she graduated summa cum laude and founded the Health Law and Policy Society. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology degree from the University of San Diego.
