Shep Wainger and Alex Gabriel won a dismissal of defamation claims brought against their client Lisa Lucas-Burke in Portsmouth Circuit Court, as reported here in the Virginian Pilot. This is the second time the defamation claims against our client have been dismissed by the Court.
