Our labor and employment practice encompasses the entire spectrum of workplace related advice, counsel, dispute resolution, and litigation. We work with clients to prevent, defend and resolve internal and external workplace disputes, claims and if needed, litigation. We are at the forefront of providing strategic counsel for the myriad employment issues arising from the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, and we are well versed on the recently enacted sweeping changes to Virginia’s employment laws, a truly generational change in the law on which our attorneys advise clients large and small. In litigation, our team aggressively defends our clients from federal and state civil rights and anti-discrimination claims, trade secret and employee raiding actions, Family and Medical Leave Act disputes and whistleblower and other suits. We also represent employers in a wide range of administrative proceedings, including on charges of discrimination filed with the EEOC and state and local human rights agencies, in DOL and OFCCP compliance checks and audits, and in proceedings before other administrative tribunals. With our flat fee and monthly subscription models, we deliver tailored employment legal work in the most flexible, nimble, and efficient manner possible.
