As a team, our attorneys currently serve as technology transactions counsel or software licensing counsel, on a fractional basis, for multiple software providers and corporate legal departments at any given time.
They negotiate all software agreements that their clients sign, including everything from enterprise-wide software licenses, subscription license agreements, SaaS agreements, and custom software development agreements, to partner, distributor, ISV, MSP, and other collaborator agreements.
In addition, the software licensing team works daily with the sales departments for their software provider clients, increasing the velocity of the sales process and enabling sales teams to meet and exceed their quotas.
They function seamlessly as an integral member of the sales team at every step of the process, and their clients would tell you that they are integral to their sales success.
What is more, they have also represented procurement departments and purchasers of software in hundreds of transactions, worth hundreds of millions of dollars, during their careers, and are experts at negotiating on behalf of their purchaser clients.
