During that time, our lawyers have drafted and negotiated transportation contracts, demurrage and various other accessorial agreements, independent contractor agreements and various other transportation-related contracts. We have experience offering guidance on the collection of unpaid carrier receivables, such as freight charges, demurrage, and other transportation charges.
